PREMIER LEAGUE giants Manchester City and Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Burnley star James Tarkowski ahead of a potential summer move.
The 25-year-old defender has been in stunning form for Sean Dyche’s side this season.

The Clarets have only conceded 12 goals in 18 Premier League matches, allowing them to gatecrash the top six, and Tarkowski has been an integral part of that success.
And now The Times claim his performances have caught the eye of both Pep Guardiola and Arsene Wenger.
Burnley will reject any interest in the former Oldham man in next month’s transfer window as they aim to continue their remarkable start to the campaign.
The centre-half is only under contract until 2019, which could put the Clarets in a tricky situation next summer.

They could decide to cash in while they can or risk losing him for free the following year.
The transformation in Tarkowski’s fortunes has been remarkable over recent months.

However, Michael Keane’s big-money departure to Everton allowed him an opportunity to impress and he has grasped it with both hands.
A move to either the Citizens or the Gunners would obviously be a tantalising option for Tarkowski.
As a Mancunian, a switch to the Etihad would seemingly be his most favourable, especially given he moved back to the North West due to family reasons.
But he would likely find more regular action at Arsenal.

Tarkowski and his team-mates will be hoping to take another step towards sealing a European place this weekend.
They welcome Tottenham, who sit a place and a point behind them, to Turf Moor on Saturday.
And depending on Arsenal’s result against Liverpool on Friday, they could even find themselves level on points with the Anfield side in fourth.
